SERPE-CO Mission Statement
SERPE-CO is a certified general contractor corporation that specializes in concrete restoration, painting/waterproofing, and Hurricane Impact Windows, Doors, and Railings of multi-story buildings. By working closely with the building associations and professional engineers, we at SERPE-CO can effectively determine the needs for each project rolling out an organized schedule to get the job done in the safest way possible.
Safety is of the utmost importance. We can never work too safely. We constantly have to ask ourselves if we are working in the safest environment we can create.

Brett Serpe
Brett was born in Hollywood, FL. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1995. He earned his BBA from FIU in 2001 and furthered his education by earning his MBA from Nova Southeastern University in 2003.
Brett and his brother Jason started a paint restoration company in 1999, which they still own and operate today. Their paint restoration service transitioned into a car wash and detailing service contracting with auto dealerships all across South Florida. That then parlayed into a retail car wash at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino that they owned and operated for almost 10 years.
After being a subcontractor since 2005, Mr. Serpe decided to sit for all 3 GC exams which he quickly passed and was able to immediately qualify SERPE-CO with all of his provable experience. SERPE-CO has been a qualified general contracting company since 2016 specializing in concrete restoration.
Mr. Serpe also holds a current and active Florida real estate license.

Jason Serpe
Jason was born in Hollywood, FL. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1992. He is the founder and visionary of the paint restoration and auto detailing company he and his brother Brett incorporated in 1999 and still own today. Jason serves as Vice President and co-founder of SERPE-CO.
